POSTGRADUATE STUDIES!!

Hello, today I will tell you about some postgraduate course that I would like to do. As I study archaeology, I think it would be good to specialize in something I like, such as archaeobotanic. I would like to do a postgraduate course on this in some place where there are good academics who have studied in a relationship between human beings and plants ... I understand that Canada is a good place (all this is hypothetical because I believe that I could never pay for a postgraduate degree and earning a scholarship is difficult, but you have to try).

I would also like to specialize in Chinese medicine, to learn acupuncture and to obtain a certificate that allows me to do therapy. It is a dream for me, to be able to do natural and preventive medicine. I think there is more to this than many pharmacies.

It would be very good to complement the therapy with archaeology and to be able to study the two things outside the country. I could learn a lot from other people, places, learn new ways of doing and studying. I would like to go to certain classes but then develop an investigation or something. And clearly acupuncture should be practically.

Before everything I must gather a lot of money haha and so I can do what I want ... but you can always and as long as one does things right, everything is going to give..

Practice Yoga!

Today Im going to write about Yoga. I started to practice two years ago, its was very greatfull for me because I came to lived in Santiago and I was very uncomfortable, and yoga was a very good distraction for this new change.
The first type of yoga that I practiced it was Ashtanga yoga, this combine the asanas (posturs) and the respiration’s flow. This type of yoga require patience and discipline because the sequencies are exigent and dfficult, but if you are tenacious with the session clases, the mental and fisical progress is incredible. Its took me no more than a month to standed up in my head. After five months my teacher wents to lived in Brasil, now he teaching yoga there. So I leaved my practice for a while.
Next I started to practice Vinyasa Yoga and I love it. Its similar than Anshtanga Yoga but its not the same. This yoga its more fluid and friendly with the posturs, but if you want doing difficult asanas and pushing your self this yoga allowing for. Since I practice Vinyasa Yoga I realized the importance to have a strengh and healthy body, not by appearance, by but health. When I stoped with my practice I felt bad and with low energys.

Now I try to practice twice a week, and I feel my mind and my body connected.

So… I would like to have many jobs, not only an archeologist work; I imagine that I work in a mountain leading guys in different routes and trekking, besides working in many scientific projects of botanic archeologist, patrimony and defending indigenous people. I know that only work outdoor it’s impossible but my indoor work it’s going to be doing therapeutic massages and acupuncture therapy.

I think that we are made to do a lots of things, not only the thing that we study at university, I think that we can explore and learning always, learning about ours experiences and other people than teach us. We can do anything if we purpose.
